Today marks a new beginning for W.E.W.N Women Empowering Women Network! For the past 8 yrs W.E.W.N has been broadcasting Live Internet Radio, and have hosted Limitless Chatrooms... We have met some of the most awesome people, and have been involved in bringing people together from all walks of life, using the Live Broadcast & call in's hosted by MzzTLoveIn the upcoming years end W.E.W.N Women Empowering Women Network is preparing to bring back some of the Voices and people that help shape the station from it's humble beginnings! To be announced, " The Slow Jam Session Reunion" featuring DickeyBigJD aka The Mellow Man, Jhippzdance The spokenword artist for " Feel Me" and the Co-Hostess of Late Night Seduction with MzzTLove!
Some of the voices, and people you will remember will be there. For starters RadioDiary aka " BOB" creator of Your Personal Radio Diary www.radiodiary.com will be there, as well as many of the original callers to the station... SteadyEd one of our all time favorite callers from Houston Texas will be on hand, along with Smooth Jazz one of the room favorite sweethearts...
So many years have gone by, and W.E.W.N Women Empowering Women Network is still being remembered as one of the best internet radio stations of all time. With new changes to the internet such as YouTube, Ustream, and many other sites that allow people to display their talent as well as add their voice to this huge community known as the INTERNET... W.E.W.N will be presenting some new talent such as " Lil Nique" singer and songwriter, as well as Tami Terrell & Company founder of Dangerous Minds production!
We'll also have on hand Classtgentman1 creator of W.E.W.N "s new TShirt design and Logo.. The event while it is still being planned hopes to bring back alot of beautiful memories, as well as reunite alot of long lost friends! We will pay tribute to the stations biggest fan and favorite " Mommy" who has since passed on to her heavenly home along with some of the other voices we will always remember, Tricoche, Flagship, Sooki, Wiki and so many others...

What good is online love?
That's the question I had to ask myself? Here is my thought: Well first of all it's a good way to meet someone, somewhere else, and maybe find that you have something in common that connects you to each other! THUS the birth of a friendship, beyond the community that surrounds your home and life each day.Well long story short... The Internet is just as DANGEROUS to and for you as sometimes your surroundings or community can be. When I lived in Michigan, my home was shot up one night, and for the life of me to this very day I still don't understand being that angry with someone that you would risk taking their life or the lives of their love ones. Did you really mean to do this? And if you did did you think someone was in there? HELL did you even CARE>>>>!! Thats when I knew it was time for CHANGE... Obama was running for office The Presidential Office, THEE Highest Office in the country America, it was then that I realized it was time for me and my family to go!!! And today I have NOT been back home to Michigan, other then when I got the last of our stuff and I did that in the same year I drove to florida for one time...
Anyway the internet, has become a way of life for me, a means of communications, a connection, I felt that I was never alone as long as I could get online.. And everytime since then I still ask myself WHY do I even waste my time getting on the internet for more of the same shytt, yet I do it.....
Obama brought change in 2008 and MzzTLove whether you like it or not made a CHANGE.... And I am still asking myself for what? why? There is nothing other then the music I play that really has my attention like that, especially search engines!! This is some BS... But I am still here and still gone be here, but now I have begun to think or realize, That maybe I really did leave the Love of my life in michigan... FINALLY after all these years, I am realizing just how GREAT a man he was.... Looking back
BUT still going forward QQn Hmmm I wonder if that love that I left will realize that maybe who he truly loved had actually left... NO turning around, no going back now.... Whewwwww so I declare this year in 2011, that the lines of communication have finally opened up between me and my ex... and I LOVE it... INFACT I am even remembering HOW good it was for me.. WOW Well we will see...

PEOPLE AND THE INTERNET
Tonight I sit here, listening to the music, and watching a few different chatrooms. I sent out one or two invites on aol to someone who claimed they wanted to be the first to know when I reopened " SLOW JAM SESSION" I honored his wish and notified him a FEW times, but to no avail. Seems he is still stuck on sitting in a room full of screen names that either cuss each other out on the regular, or put most on ignore, and only talk to a select few!
Either way I have had to learn the hard way, that when it comes to the internet and especially black chatters, they would much rather sit in the same room, day after day , year after borhing year, and however long it takes until one of them dies and they generate a topic about how this or that the person was. Knowing in their hearts their glad it's not them that died, and they're also glad to be finding out first had what others think or thought.
Another thing that I find fasinationg is how they will sit and post links to youtube, as if somehow in their own mind they are now a master DJ! Anyway between monitoring the music, making sure the playlist is correct, the music levels are good, and seeing who is stopping in " CandleLights N You" I have been enjoying a rather relaxing evening talking with my ex husband, who has now become my best friend again.
Two Children together, Eight children between the two of us, and now a FEW grandchildren. We laugh so much about things that happened in the beginning, and find comfort in knowing we can relate to each other. Someone said " MzzTLove maybe it's your time" and I say YEA maybe it is, after all he is tall, very handsome, he is kind, loving, a great cook, and a awesome lover,,, WHY not??
Well it's been close to 17 yrs now that we have been apart, and for at least 16 of those yrs we never talked. I've even written a book about how abousive it was being trapped in a relationship I felt was doomed from day 1. I have finally been able to move beyond the hurt and now I look forward to talking to him everyday.. how sweet is that??
Anyway for those of you who have been loyal listeners & fans... W.E.W.N Women Empowering Women Network ! Is on the comeback, and this time around we absolutely will not be suckered into answering calls with 3 and 4 people screaming on the line, or folk talking to me on the phone and answering the room, as if the room is the only connection to the RADIO. I have been in broadcasting over 13 yrs, I have worked for both public radio, and commercial radio. I even hosted Tom Joyner In the Morning for WTLZ Hot 107.1...
Internet radio for me is freedome. It allows the listeners to hear music they otherwise would not hear on their regular stations, and over the years I can assure you many commercial stations besides having celebrities we already know hosting, are going back to the roots of OLD SCHOOL MUSIC! www>mzztlove.com has been around the internet a long time and contrary to having to change streaming services and web hosting sites, we continue to be the station that brings you LIVE INTERACTIVE CHAT AND THEN SOME the question is... How much do you want? and How much can YOU actually handle...
